Welcome to my site! Sometimes life throws curveballs, causing a rollercoaster of emotions that seem difficult to handle. Maybe you were once confident, but due to life stressors, you find that you now lack of motivation to get moving again? Or maybe life just seems overwhelming and routine? You’ve been so busy considering everyone else, that you have forgotten about yourself. I seek to help my clients overcome the mental barriers that prevent them from living their ideal lives to acquire peace, personal fulfillment, and purpose.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Arkansas and Tennessee. My passion includes treating adults on skills to manage depression, chronic stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I offer a comfortable, warm, and professional environment for you to share your thoughts, hopes, dreams, and future desires.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Memphis. There, I was inducted into Phi Alpha Honor Society, where I was ranked among the top in my class. Currently, I am a student at the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where I am pursuing certification. Additionally, I am trained in a variety of other therapy models. I have treated adults within a plethora of settings including psychiatric hospitals and community health settings.
I love to have fun! In my free time, I enjoy dancing until my feet hurt, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
